Thermoforming unit
Products are made using vaccum thermoforming, with PVC substrates. Large format vaccum press (1,5 x 3 m) allows making of oversized shapes with minimal number of parts.
Production
Our BTL products are manufactured in several specialized production units, to meet the stringent quality standards.
Display production unit
Complicated, exclusive displays with computerized LED lighting are made here. High-grade substrates are used: wood, stainless steel, glass. The unit has an experienced team for on-site assembly.
Offset printing unit
The unit has large format presses up to B0 (1000×1414 mm) format, with metallic and plastics printing, plus hybrid varnishes capability, all with top-end bindery equipment.
Large format printing option
We have high quality, 6-color large format printing machine, with UV-curated inks, which prints on a variety of substrates from paper and metal to plastics. CNC cutting plotter allows any shapes to be cut.
